Pamela is a director and co-founder responsible for Business Development for PTS Management Consultancy. Pamela is also Director at Transport and Economic Support Services (TESS), a transport planning and Government subsidized public transport monitoring company, as well as a director for Talent Management Solutions.
She has worked as a Project Manager for the South African Medical Association (SAMA) for 2 years. She was responsible for managing a Surgical Guidelines development project.
She worked as a Nursing sister and a Case Manager in different public and private institutions in South Africa for a period of 5 years. She also worked in Botswana as a Nursing Manager in different institutions for the Botswana Government and the private sector for a period of 13 years before returning to South Africa in 1993.
